Class Agreement

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

By reciept of payment for classes, I enter into the following agreement and HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, and FOREVER DISCHARGE WONDERHAND LLC, (DBA WONDERHAND STUDIOS) AND 721 7TH ST GREELEY LLC, and owners Johanna Mueller and Stanley Scott, and any other associated parties, from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities, of any and every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation or to my minor child’s participation in any of the events or activities offered by, conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, Wonderhand Studios.

I assume all potential risks associated with printing presses, hand tools, power tools, paper cutters, chemicals, inks, and other art related items that may cause harm to myself, my belongings, my guests, or minor children.  I hereby release and hold harmless WONDERHAND LLC, (DBA WONDERHAND STUDIOS) AND 721 7TH ST GREELEY LLC, and owners Johanna Mueller and Stanley Scott,  from any liability or responsibility for any accident damage, illness or injury to the undersigned or the undersigned’s guests, or minor children.

 

By participating in a class at Wondehand Studios,  I enter into this agreement and I acknowledge that I will not operate the printing press or use hand tools, power tools, paper cutters, chemicals, inks, and other art related items while under the influence of alcohol, marajuana, painkillers or any other drug or substance that may impair my physical and mental abilities.

Myself or my artwork may be photographed for use on Wonderhand Studios marketing, social media or website unless I ask specifically not to have myself or my artwork photographed.

As a participant in class at Wonderhand Studios, I have read, understand, and fully agree to each of the terms of this Agreement.
